TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products. By placing an order with us, you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound under these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not place any orders.

Price and payment

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders where the contract between us has already been formed. Payment must be made in full for the products before your order can be accepted. Payment can be made using Paypal Checkout via our website. You must be 18 years old or over to place an order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email.

Collection or delivery

Orders are to be collected from Earths Gem, 7 Woodland Walks, Rhostyllen, Wrexham, LL14 4AZ. Please choose a suitable collection time at checkout.

Our delivery fee is £4.50 and we can only deliver within 5 miles of Rhostyllen, Wrexham, LL14 4AZ. It is your responsibility to give us your correct delivery address. Please choose a suitable delivery time at checkout. Delivery windows are an indication and not a guarantee of delivery. If your delivery is delayed by an event beyond our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. Please contact us immediately with any delivery issues and we will attempt to resolve your query. You must be available to accept the delivery. Where you are not home to receive your delivery, the driver will return the order to us. We cannot guarantee that any returned products will not be destroyed and we will not attempt any further re-deliveries due to the products being of a perishable nature.

Please rinse and return bottles if you collect your order where possible, i.e. when you next collect/pass by.

Please rinse glass bottles and leave them outside one week after your delivery.

Once the collection or delivery is completed, the risk of any damage or loss is with the customer. We shall not be held liable for any damage, defect or loss which may occur after collection or delivery.

Product care

Our products have a shelf life of 3 days and are to be be stored in the refrigerator immediately upon collection or delivery.

Placing an order

Place and pay for your order before the order deadline. For a Monday collection or delivery* - please have your order in by 8pm the Friday before. For a Friday collection or delivery* - please have your order in by 8pm the Tuesday before. You can also choose a future collection or delivery slot.

*Excludes bank holidays.

Minimum order is £10 (excluding delivery).

Cancelling an order

If for any reason, you need to cancel your order then all cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your collection or delivery date to receive a full refund. The cancellation must be accepted by us over the telephone, or by email. If you wish to amend a collection or delivery date, rather than cancelling your order, you may do so up to 48 hours before your collection or delivery date - this must be accepted by us over the telephone or by email.

Food allergy and intolerance

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as Celery and Nuts. Allergens will be clearly listed on our website and on the bottle.

IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES, PLEASE ADVISE US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects you may have. 

Refunds


The products are your responsibility once collected or delivered. Please make sure that you check your order and let us know if there is anything wrong. If you do not let us know on the collection or delivery date then we will not refund or replace any product/s as we will assume that everything is to your satisfaction. Faulty products must be returned to us (in the original packaging) in the same way as they were received - returned by customer (if collected) or via our delivery driver (if delivered).

Owership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.

Right to vary these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Disclaimer

Our products are unpasteurised and therefore may not be suitable for some individuals. Please consult your Doctor first if you have a medical condition, take prescribed medication or have any concerns.
