When do I need to order?

Place your order before the order deadline.

For a Monday collection or delivery* - please have your order in by 8pm the Friday before.
For a Friday collection or delivery* - please have your order in by 8pm the Tuesday before.

If you are worried about forgetting to make your order before your pre-order deadline, please take a look at our monthly bundles. All you have to do is choose your preferred package and go through the checkout. We will then have your selected package ready for collection or delivered to your door for the next 4 weeks.

*Excludes bank holidays.

How do I pay?

Please pay via Paypal Checkout.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order is £10 (excluding delivery).

What is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is £4.50.

How far do you deliver? 

We can only deliver within 5 miles of Rhostyllen, Wrexham, LL14 4AZ so if you are outside this radius then you will need to choose a collection slot.

What day/time will you deliver?

Orders will be delivered during the afternoon - on a Monday or Friday. 

What day/time can I collect?

Orders will be ready for collection between 5pm and 7pm - on a Monday or Friday.

How do I store my juice?

To be stored in the refrigerator immediately upon collection/delivery.

What do I do with my bottles?

Please rinse and return bottles if you collect your order where possible, i.e. when you next collect/pass by.

Please rinse glass bottles and leave them outside one week after your delivery for collection. This will be a Monday or Friday.
